My favorite Fried Tequila Shots. They are so great snacks and so easy to make. Just few ingredients and a short of time on cooking, about 15 minutes, after that I have perfect snacks to treat everyone.

Ingredients
1 store-bought angel food cake, cut into cubes
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lime zest
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 c. tequila
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Directions
- In a large pot , pour vegetable oil at least 3” high over medium heat. Heat oil.
- Mix tequila and lime juice. Dip each cake cube into tequila mixture, then fry until golden, 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Garnish with powdered sugar and lime zest. Ready for serving.
