Pumpkin Spice Slow-Cooker Oatmeal is the best choice for easy, delicious and healthy breakfast. It is made with simple ingredients without requiring any effort.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 c. old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

  • 1 c. pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • 2 c. whole milk

  • 1 c. water

  • pinch of kosher salt

  • Toasted chopped pecans, for serving

  • Maple syrup, for serving

Directions

  • In slow cooker, add oats, milk, water, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix until combined.
  • Cook on high for 3 hours or lowfor 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve topped with pecans, maple syrup, and more salt, if desired.
